The Indian food practices

Those who are visiting India are scared that the food many harm them. It is true that people visiting India find it difficult to digest Indian food. The food practice in India is a rich food with every dish coked properly. Though, some food items are steamed, but they are not many. Dishes like Idli, dhokla, khandvi, etc. are the food items that are steamed.

Indians are proud of their cooking habits; they add so many ingredients to the food. The food is generally cooked for a long time so you should have any problems of food poisoning. The ingredients are cooked properly that there is nothing raw in it. If there is nothing raw in it, then it is not possible to get any infection or germs from this food.

The koftas, the different types of mutton curries or the chicken curries are in every region of India. The taste of all these curries is different from each other. In south India coconut is used in mostly all the dishes and coconut oil is used to prepare the dishes. The distinct flavor of coconut is found in every south India dish.

When you visit any particular region of India you will find certain street food that is particular to that region. In northern region you will find chat a very popular street food. There are many dishes that come in the category of this Indian street food.

In Bihar and Bengal you will find jhal moori a very popular dish. It is made with rice puffs and onions, green chilly, mustard oil, etc. are added. It is not coked so many people do not find it hygienic.

In the same manner the south Indian have mirchi Vada, masal vada, etc. which is typical to these regions. In Rajasthan Onion Kachori and mirchi vada, etc. canbe found in every strret corner. All these food items are affordable to the lower level of society so are very popular.
