Nutritious pancakes | Kodaikanal fish fry | Spicy Aloo rice

Ingredients: - 1 cup wheat flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 2 tablespoon pure ghee(clarified butter),4 tablespoon sugar, 1 cup milk, required to make a smooth batter, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg powder, salt to taste.

Preparation time : -10 to 15 minutes

HOW TO PREPARE: -Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Then to this add milk and with a hand blender mix well to form a smooth paste. With the help of a ladle pour the batter on a hot non-stick pan to form pancakes. Wait for few minutes on medium heat then turn over as it starts browning. Let the other side also become brown. Serve hot with jam or honey.




Ingredients : - pomfret fish,pepper, 1 lemon juice,sugar,salt,pepper,bread crumbs,eggs.

Preparation time : -10 minutes    

HOW TO PREPARE: -1)In a bowl add lime juice,sugar,salt,pepper and mix together

2)then add the fish pieces to it and marinate throughly and keep it aside for 5 mins.

3)dip the marinated fish one by one in bread crumbs and then in egg.

4)finally add oil in tawwa then fry the fish fliping the both the side.

5)u can serve this fish fry wit some green chutney




Ingredients :- Potatoes, cooked rice onions cumin seeds,chana dal,godha masala,oil,salt redchilli powder.

Preparation time : -20 to 25 minutes    

HOW TO PREPARE : -Cut onions into long slices,potatoes into medium sized pieces and keep aside.Now heat 5-6 tbsp of oil and add cumin seeds,chana dal and potatoes first and after 10 mints add onions and let everything fry thoroughly.Next add 1tbsp of godha masala to this and red chilli powder according to taste and finally salt.Add this whole mixture to already cooked rice and mix thouroughly.....Ready to eat.
