Egg dosa

Ingredients: - Two serving spoons dosa batter, 2 eggs, two tablespoons oil, pepper and salt to taste. .

Preparation time : - 4 minutes      Category : - Egg Recipes

HOW TO PREPARE: - Take a non-stick tava and bring to heat. When it is very hot pour 1 serving spoon dosa batter and with a flat round big spoon spread out the batter in a big circle. Then take the egg and break it slowly on the dosa in such a way that you don't break the yolk. Now with a flat spoon spread out the white all over the dosa slowly and carefully. Sprinkle pepper and salt to taste. Pour one tablespoon all around the dosa. Cook for a minute or till the egg is done. Slowly and carefully remove from flame and serve with some coconut chutney. Do the same with the remaining ingredients.
