Ingredients: - 2 cups raw rice, 1 cup moong dal, 1 cup milk, 2 teaspoon cumin seeds, 2 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon cashew nuts, 2 tablespoon ghee and salt to taste. .

Preparation time : - 20 minutes     Category : - Vegetarian Recipes

HOW TO PREPARE: - wash moong dal and dry roast for 2 mins in pressure cooker. wash rice and add rice to the dal. Pour 8 cups water, add cumin seeds, salt and 1 up milk and pressure cook upto 6-8 whistles, after few minutes, take a frying pan, put 1 table spoon of ghee, add black pepper and pour it in the cooker, again add 1 tablespoon ghee and add cashewnuts and pour it in cooker and stir well when it is hot. serve it with coconut chutney.
